Asefeh Faraz Covelli, Ph.D., APRN, FNP-BC, FAANP is a tenured Associate Professor at The George Washington University School of Nursing and a nationally recognized NP and health workforce researcher.

Dr. Faraz Covelli’s work focuses on novice nurse practitioner transition to practice, postgraduate training programs, and health equity. She has led and contributed to multiple funded research initiatives, published extensively in leading peer‑reviewed journals, and is a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Cheryl L. Fattibene, DNP, MSN, MPH, FNP‑BC is an adjunct professor at Immaculata University and taught previously at the Thomas Jefferson College of Nursing, Johns Hopkins, and Temple University. In addition, Dr. Fattibene served as a provider and a clinical leader in national healthcare organizations in the for-profit and non-profit health care sectors.

With more than three decades of experience, she has served in senior roles across federally qualified health centers, academic institutions, and national organizations. Dr. Fattibene is a published author, frequent national speaker, and trusted advisor on clinician well‑being and practice transformation.
